Designing for wanderlust.
Incredible Adventures came to us with a website that was hard to navigate, visually cluttered, and not mobile responsive. We were tasked with redesigning the website to target their desired online demographic – millennial travelers. With that in mind, we designed a website that was more visually engaging and aspirational, with a narrative search functionality to promote engagement, an intuitive UI and UX design, and a mobile-first approach. We designed clearer decision pathways to drive conversion, integrating the FareHarbor booking platform. And we employed a component-based design to allow the website to easily scale with the company’s growth.
Since website relaunch, growth in millennial visitor share, mobile share and conversion have exceeded goals. We’ve since extended our new design direction into print collateral, designing seasonal print brochures to target the equally important but less digitally savvy traveller.
